The login details are on the modem/router in the living room. The utilities (gas, water. electric) are included in the price. The house has a modern 'Combi' boiler which provides instant hot water and heating for all rooms.

We provide clean bedding (pillows, pillow cases, sheet, duvet, and duvet cover) and we also provide two clean towels (hand towel and bath towel). Currently we do not provide kitchen equipment, however the kitchen has two fridge/freezers, plenty of cupboard storage space, and a cooker. Each bedroom has its own allotted storage space in the kitchen. There's also a washing and drying machine for laundry.

But we do not provide room cleaning or change your bedding during your stay. The responsibility to keep your room clean or to wash your bedding AFTER you move in is yours. If you would like to have your room and/or bedding cleaned DURING your stay, please ask us. We can do this at an extra cost

* The kitchen and bathroom are heavily used communal spaces. Guests will be required to keep their kitchen items in their assigned cupboards and bathroom items must be kept in the guest bedroom (we provide a handy bathroom basket for you to use. The house is located in a nice area, public transports and food shops are really close by, but the house in itself is not welcoming at all and cleanliness is really unsatisfying. I would not recommend it.

Thank you for your review Lucie. We really care about our guests' experience and so prospective guests reading this review should know that when guests book we send them a house guide. Inside it clearly asks several times that if a guest sees any problems with the house, including cleanliness, that you let us know so we can address them. You didn't do that. After guests move in we also contact them to check how everything is, because sometimes a gentle reminder is needed to mention something a guest may have spotted but been too busy to report. I emailed on the 21st of May asking if everything is ok with the house. You replied on the 22nd of May and said "there was a little dust remaining between the floor and the wall, where both don't really touch, nothing really important, but I've used the broom to clean that this morning, so everything's okay by now, there's no problem." We also met face to face after this and you didn't report any problems. The house is cleaned once or twice a week and I asked you then to let me know if there are any problems with the cleaning in the future. By this, I didn't mean in the post check-out review, because by then it's too late for me to help you and make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. Unfortunately, making me aware of issues after you checkout is not useful to you or I and I feel very sorry that you stayed for 42 days in a house that is "really unsatisfying" where the host has asked you via PDF, email, and face to face to report any problems, no matter how small, so we can make your stay a better one. If you use AirBnB again may I please ask that you be more communicative with your host - it will make for a much better experience for you and the host. Thank you and best wishes for the future.

Large double room: Ground floor of which the front door of the property is one of your bedroom doors. Nice big room, with a decent size double bed, desk, chest of drawer and cupboard. If you don't mind a property that is having some work done to it then this is your place. Sean is a great host, always fast and efficient in getting back to you for any queries. The property is in an ideal location with Beeston centre round the corner, supermarket 5mins away and the train station a 7 minute walk away to get into Nottingham city centre.

Note to potential guests: Only the guest in this room has access to the front door of the house. The other guests can only use the back door of the property. This means the guest in the ground floor room has exclusive and private access to the front door. All the best Sufyan, thanks.
