The Renters herein also referred to as Tenants, Guests; agree to the following
1) We will be respectful to the house and the neighbors and will adhere to the parking and noise restrictions set forth within this contract. 2) We will be responsible for any and all damage caused to the house due to our negligence. 3) We will hold the Owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred. 4) We will forfeit any or all of the security deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged or missing items. 5) There are no refunds for early departure 6)There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions. 7) All rental monies are due within 60 days prior to the arrival date. 8) We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our checkout 9) This is not a party house 10) This is a NON Smoking house 11) Check in is 4 pm and Check out by 11 am are strictly enforced unless alternate times are agreed upon by the Manager. Failure to check out in a timely manner may incur fees if cleaners are not able to access home to begin cleaning. 12)I agree to abide by the 4 car max AT ALL TIMES and 14 people MAX AT ALL TIMES. No weddings or receptions are permitted at the property.

Rental Information Sheet with lockbox code will be emailed approximately 5 days prior to your arrival date.
NOISE - Noise ordinances in effect after 10 pm strictly enforced. Eviction can occur if police are summoned due to a disturbance of the peace.
By Signing I acknowledge the noise ordinance and understand the ramifications of violating this noise ordinance. I will make my group aware of this important issue as well as parking and occupancy limits.
Max Occupancy - 14 people
Max Vehicles - 4 cars
There is a 90 day cancellation policy. Any cancellation made before the 90 day period before the arrival dates is eligible for a full refund minus a $500 transaction fee.
Cancellations made under the 120 days before the arrival dates is non-refundable.
Tenants and Guests are responsible for any accidents, injury, or loss of valuables while staying at this property and should practice safe swimming/bathing in any hot tub or swimming pool if applicable. The homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage caused by tenants to property caused directly or indirectly from foul, increment weather conditions, acts of God or nature, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves or any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will any tenant or their guests hold Tahoe South Vacation Rentals responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay.
This Agreement applies to you and all your guests within your party.
I have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all conditions set within this contract.
