This 3 bedroom holiday home has a relaxed beachy feel with polished concrete floors, high ceilings and exposed timber beams. There is an open plan to the living area which adjoins a fully equipped modern kitchen including a servery window perfect for entertaining outdoors.
There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each (sleeps 2 x 2) and one bedroom with a single trundle bed (sleeps 2). Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, built in robes to all bedrooms and a single renovated bathroom plus separate toilet .
The backyard is fully fenced with ‘battle axe” river access (4 m wide). This river access has a cozy waterfront deck which is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the waterfront lifestyle and river activities such as standup paddle boarding and Kayaking. Otherwise enjoy the views on the deck during a BBQ, throw a line or watch the sun set.
This versatile and practical home is fantastic for friends, couples and families with kids. The back of the property is fully fenced and pet friendly.
The laundry includes a washing machine and a dryer.
Costs exclude linen and beach towels. However we are happy to organise making these available for $20pp for the duration of your stay.
Off street parking is available.

We live close by and will be available for assistance, but will not be on the premises. We very much enjoy being airbnb hosts and just want to share the wonderful lifestyle we have here on the Sunshine Coast. We hope your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. There is a self contained one bedroom granny flat apartment attached to this home which we also own that is permanently rented. This apartment is separated by a block wall / carport and has it's own entry and yard on the other side of the house to maintain privacy.
- No large groups for parties, schoolies, etc.
- All pets are to remain outside (unless formally approved prior).
- Please leave the house neat and tidy and in a reasonable condition, if it is not an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- We have lovely neighbours, we ask that you respectfully keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
