Welcome to my lovely 1-bedroom flat in trendy Brixton! I’ve lived in Brixton for 14 years during which time it has really changed into one of the trendier areas of London with great independent restaurants, bars, clubs. Whilst also retaining an edge and quick transport links across London.
My place is on a quiet street a few minutes away from all the action. But it continues to amaze me how quiet it can be too.
My place was fully refurbished two years ago. The open-plan living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring London. There is a comfy sofa as well as a TV and wifi.
Feel free to take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook at home. Although there are so many places nearby you’ll probably just want to head out (check the Guidebook section for some of my personal recommendations).
In the bedroom you will find a very comfortable double bed to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.
Finally, the flat has a bathroom with a full-size bath/shower. Toiletries including shower gel and shampoo provided.
Zugang für Gäste
You will have access to the entire flat.
Interaktion mit Gästen
I will be always available on the phone/email for any questions or help. (I usually rent my place out when I'm working night shifts just a few miles away)
Weitere wichtige Infos
As it's my place and I need to make sure I can clean in between guests I don't have auto-booking turned on - though I'll usually get back to you in a few hours. I also don't take bookings unless you've had previous airbnb reviews and a clear profile pic. I know this put some people in a catch-22 situation but as I also live there I do need to be sure.
- Please treat the home as you would your own.
- Please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm.
- No parties
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an £80 fee will apply.
I've lived in London on and off for the last 13 years, and in between worked and travelled for seven of those years mostly in Africa and the Middle East. So I know just how important that welcoming home, comfy bed and all-round easiness is when you are travelling.
As a guest I'm usually pretty self-sufficient. And as a host I hope you'll enjoy my place. I usually rent it out when I work weekends or nights, so great that someone can enjoy it when I'm not there.
