Welcome to Tobin Hill Historic District. It is a vibrant community close to downtown, the Riverwalk, the Alamo, the Pearl Brewery, North St. Mary's St. and the King William's District. Enjoy outdoor entertainment, shopping, cafes, restaurants and more. Easy access to major highways (I35, I10, HWY281 and I37) and minutes to the Alamodome, AT&T center and the airport.

Welcome to a super cute, 1300 sq. ft. house in a historic district with a gigantic yard. It is perfect for your group or family getaway. The high ceilings coupled with the open layout offer an inviting and cozy space during your stay.

As you approach the house, you'll be impressed with the wrap around porch, sizable lot and easy home access via an electronic lock. The high ceilings in the living room and throughout the house will make you appreciate the renovated historic home. The living room has a large sofa that opens to a full size bed, a smart tv and a huge chair for extra seating. The space extends to the kitchen/dining room which offers plenty of additional seating. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops, new cabinets and all the essentials necessary for cooking, preparing and serving a meal.

All three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, sitting areas, closets and extra bedding. There is an air mattress and extra twin mattress available if necessary. Each room has it's own special theme so there is something for everyone.

You will have private access to the entire house, a securely fenced, 1/3 of an acre lot and off-street parking via an electronic gate.

By renting this property, you are assuming all risks and liabilities for any damage done to person or property, agents, employees, or visitors occasioned by the present or future condition of the premises, both latent and manifest. We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind. Guests also assumes any risks of injury by using the guest bicycles. No lifeguard on duty! Guests assume risk of using pool & hot tub, bicycles, games etc.
2. Breakdowns
The house is in very good condition, however we do not explicitly guarantee heat/ac units, televisions, electronics, or appliances. We will absolutely do our best to make repairs as soon as possible after being notified of the problem. No refund or rate adjustment will be made for breakdowns.

2. Entry
We reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for the purpose of inspection, repair, or management.
3. Property Care
We reserve the right to keep deposits and/or rental payment, refuse a rental, apply charges, and discontinue occupancy if the terms of agreement are not met or if (in our judgment) your occupancy of the unit is detrimental to the property. The property may not be used for any unlawful purpose.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No linens are to be lost or damaged.
4. Check In/Out
Check in time is 3:00 pm or later; Check out time is 11:00 am or earlier. Please respect the check-in & check-out (website hidden) early check-in or late checkout!
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the trash, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
The unit and storage shed is to be left locked.
5. Eviction Policy
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement. NO LOUD PARTIES OR OUTSIDE GUESTS (IE. ONLY GUESTS STAYING AT RENTAL ARE ALLOWED AT THE RENTAL)
6. Payment Policy
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

NO SMOKING IN UNIT (smoking on patio OK)
GUEST ASSUMES ALL RISK OF HARM IF HE/SHE CHOOSES TO USE THE BICYCLES. OWNER NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF BICYCLES.

This house is spacious with a great patio and huge backyard. The house is stocked with games and pool floats. I used to live in the area and this house is located a very short drive/ride to downtowns riverwalk. Even better, it's so close to St Mary's st. And the pearl brewery! Woot woot. Very comfortable place to stay with great amenities.

We didn't have a car, so the location was great because it was walking distance to the Pearl, but not so good for grocery shopping.

Convenient location! House worked perfectly for our weekend away in San Antonio with 4 adults and 2 kids. A short drive to Pearl, Riverwalk, and an easy drive to Seaworld. Thanks for a great stay!
