The Apartment is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Esplanade, between the renowed Cavill Avenue, and the designer street Elkhorne Avenue. and surrounded by shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants,night life and of course the beach. No need for a car, there are buses to the theme parks, however there is a car park available.
The apartment is in the iconic "Sands" building and has been renovated this year and is in a contemporary style- there is a plasma and dvd player.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any trip cancellations you may have.
Standard Terms and Conditions:
Only registered guests to stay at the property.
No Parties and Events to be held. Pets are not allowed
Quiet time between 10pm and 7am
On arrival an imprint of your credit card will be taken for security (same as hotels) this will be destroyed after departure
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property.
Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
