The Apartment is 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and 1 carpark.
The kitchen is total set up, balcony overlooks the pool and the main beach.

The Apartment is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise on the Esplanade, between the renowed Cavill Avenue, and the designer street Elkhorne Avenue. and surrounded by shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants,night life and of course the beach. No need for a car, there are buses to the theme parks, however there is a car park available.

The apartment is in the iconic "Sands" building and has been renovated this year and is in a contemporary style- there is a plasma and dvd player.

Surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars on Cavill Avenue, including Helm Bar, the Beer Garden, Misono Japanese Steakhouse and more, you're also located only a short walk to the beach, surfing lessons, beachfront markets, shopping, art galleries, salons and more!

Very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and tram system! The 700 bus, which departs from the Broadbeach South Station in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Center, offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami and Mermaid Beach.

The G:Link tram, located at the intersection of Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach and Southport.

My name is Wendy, and I moved to the Gold Coast 10 years ago from Sydney. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my favourite tips for making the most of your relaxing Gold Coast holiday! You can find me walking on the beach most mornings, and I also enjoy practicing yoga. Afternoons are often spent meeting, greeting and checking in guests all throughout the Coast. I travel back to Sydney often to visit family and enjoy the big city life for a few days, but I love coming home to the beach and the warm, welcoming climate. I believe it's the best area in Australia!
