The up-to-date facilities include an American-style fridge with ice dispenser, an AGA cooker as well as separate electric cooker, wine cooler and dishwasher.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a perfectly placed dining table with elegant champagne-coloured chairs, for those formal meals. The living room oozes understated style with complimentary natural shades of beige and taupe. The large L-shape sofa and coffee table are arranged facing a modern remote-controlled fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
Huge bi-folding doors open on to a well-kept back garden, with a decked area for al-fresco dining and generous grassy space lined with trees and hedges.
On the first floor of the house are three bedrooms as well as the family bathroom which has a full-sized bath tub with fixed overhead shower. The master bedroom is spacious and simply elegant with a super-king bed, a flat screen TV and large window with blinds. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a super king-sized bed) and two wardrobes. Finally, there is a study room which can be made up as a single bedroom, depending on your needs.
On the top floor of the house is a spacious bedroom, beautifully designed with a king-sized bed set against a dark feature wall. There is a flat-screen TV for guests to enjoy and built-in cupboards for storage. This room is flooded with natural light pouring in through sky lights and French doors which access a balcony looking over the gardens. The modern bathroom on the top floor is fitted with a walk-in shower.
