My place is directly on the ocean w/ snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, ice chests and a cart for your use. Snorkel Bobs Rental shop if you need prescription masks.
There are family-friendly activities, amazing restaurants, bars & nightlife. Public transport to take you to Historic old Lahaina. Short walk to the supermarket or restaurants.
You’ll love my place because of the views and sounds of the ocean crashing over the beach. Mahana 505 is very private for honeymooners.

Master bedroom has a brand new comfortable cal king with full bath: 1 Cal king. You will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves.

Our pull out sleep is extremely comfortable complete with ocean sounds.
Since this is a two full bathroom condo the sofa sleeper has a private full bath at night just like the master bedroom with its private bathroom; both are extremely comfortable with Smart TV's to watch Netflix, U tube, or HBO or use the blue tooth function to pair your own smart device to stream music etc....

The unit has a full kitchen and we do our best to keep it stocked. It has several bowls, pots and 3 frying pans plus cutlery and utensils along with bottle openers, can openers, potato masher etc. There is a coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, electric can opener. Also aluminum foil and plastic wrap. We added a ice chest, cart and cooler bags for trips to the beach or grocery store.
The unit has a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, and a dustpan. The following is supplied - 4 beach towels, 8 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 wash clothes, bath mats, 4 dish clothes, 6 dish towels and two pot holders. Bed and couch are made up. Also supplied 4 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 box of tissues, 4 bars of soap, 1 bottle of cascade, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, tide Pods for washing laundry, spare trash liners, shampoo & conditioner, body soap and hand washing soap. There are several spare pillows in the closet. You will need to rent from Snorkel Bob's in the local shopping center. Cost is minimal and the equipment is cleaned. I suggest you bring your buy sun screen as soon as you arrive. Maui sun is quite intense so beware to sunburns.
The pictures of the condo were taken in November 2016 soon after we redecorated the place. We just put a new Samsung Smart TV 48 inch flat screen in the living room and there is a 32 inch flat screen Smart TV in the bedroom. Please note they are both Samsung Smart TVs so if you have your own Netflix or HBO GO accounts you can view movies if you log onto your own account.
We just purchased all new lanai furniture November 2016. Two outdoor easy chairs that can adjust to laying flatt or sliding out a foot piece when needed and 2 teak folding chairs. Most of our guests are couples so we tried to set it up for them but give flexibility for the occasional group of 4 or if you have guests over.
There is no resort or parking fees. There is no daily cleaning service although extra maid service can be arranged if you want that, but most of our guests do not request it. Please call our on Island contact and cleaning service Karen Kondo if you would like to arrange extra cleaning. Karen Kondo. Her number will be found in the unit.
Most of the discount stores are located close to Kahului Airport. Costco at the airport has the cheapest gas and good pricing on groceries if you have a membership. There is a Safeway at the north end of Lahaina (Cannery Mall on the left side of the road driving north) that is open 24 hours and, if you have a Safeway card, can get good pricing on some groceries. Otherwise Times Supermarket is a 7 minute walk from the Mahana and has good pricing on some items.
Duke's Restaurant is next door to the Mahana at the Honua Kai and has live music some nights. There is a gate between the Mahana Property and the Honua Kai and that is where a boardwalk starts that runs parallel to the beach past the resorts and timeshares. Code to the gate is provided at check in. Lahaina is about a 5 mile drive south.

Please note that our prices reflect the Hawaiian GET & TA lodging taxes of 13.25%. We have tennis racquets, snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, cart, ice chests and spotting scope for your use. My updated kitchen has everything you need for your stay. I love to cook and barbecue. Be sure to grill some steak and lobster on the grill downstairs. There are two barbecue areas; One out the foyer to the right in the garden, the other located to the left at the pool area.

This condo is a gorgeous and magical window into heaven! My husband and I stayed for a wonderful week at the end of August, and it could not have been more perfect. The view, the clean, modern decor, the comfortable bed. Everything was well-appointed and wonderful. Bonnie was readily available when we had questions about checking in and provided excellent tips for our stay. The location is sweet as well, placed nicely between Lahaina and Kapaulua. Our dining and entertainment options were unlimited! I prefer this vibe to a hotel, and we would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks, Bonnie!

Great balcony with amazing views (sunsets, turtles, etc). So nice to stay somewhere with a kitchen and plenty of space for two people. Also, has a lovely pool area overlooking the ocean. Great location close enough to Lahaina for dinner, drinks, entertainment (~$8-$10 Uber ride) but far enough away for a peaceful and relaxing get away. Bonnie provided tons of helpful information leading up to our vacation and responded quickly whenever we had a question.

I loved that the condo was so close to the beach. It was clean, neat and comfortable. The location of this condo was easy to find and directions were clear. The host was very pleasant, understanding and addressed any questions we had with efficiency. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place. Just as advertised. Agree with all previous reviewers. Very cute. Decorated well. Clean. Convenient to beach, restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms were super clean and it was nice to have 2 separate showers. The location and view were great. The beach chairs and boogey boards were awesome to have and we used them several times. My teenage boys really enjoyed them. Karen Kondo was wonderful to deal with and very kind. Bonnie's recommendations to go to Sansei sushi and DT Fleming beach were excellent. Wish the AC was stronger in living room. Bedroom AC worked well. Overall, it was a very good experience. Highly recommend this property.

Bonnie is a good host with very good communication and support. Her condo are as picturesque as showed in the photos, with the ocean breezes and sound just beneath our bed. We encounter some issues regarding clealiness which we could settle quickly. We really hope we'd be able to come back sometime in future

This guest was so unusual. Everyone is always happy to be here. He moved out within hours of checking in without even contacting me or my on island contact and checked into a hotel. He sent an email at 3 am the following morning saying the unit was dusty & his son found a bug bite on his leg. I truly wish he would have allowed us to dust the unit and remedy the situation. He and his family had already been on island for a week and stayed at the Montage Kapalua Hotel. I have to be honest and say that I was so excited to hear that he chose my condo to come to after a 5 star resort hotel!! I couldn't wait to hear what he thought about my place after staying at the Montage with their valet parking service, twice daily housekeeping, full service spa, 4 renowned restaurants, room service and even Turkish cotton robes in your rooms. The Montage has ocean room the size of mine without a kitchen for $1500 a night. Mine was only $300 a night but we have none of those amenities; just a beautiful private condo with floor to ceiling views of the ocean and all the privacy that any honeymooner or anyone could ask for. In my 10+ years renting our vacation rentals I have been blessed to have worked with so many wonderful guests. It is a pleasure for me to communicate with just about each and every inquiry I receive. Please read my many positive reviews here or my tow other houses on the Oregon coast; (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)/686644 and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)/133109. We do that 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. We love what we do! I know how hard you work in your professions and how busy you are in your personal lives. The ocean view is one of the most beautiful in the world, with the island of Lanai on the left & Molokai on the right.
