My cozy home is in the heart of everything. Located right between Brown and RISD on the side of College Hill, it's a great place to stay, within a 10 minute walk of the center of Downtown Providence.
This is my personal home, and I like it a lot. I've lived here for two years and I've made a lot of memories here. The space has all south-facing windows and gets tons of natural light, and my family really enjoys it when they come to visit. I'm sure this will be the perfect location for you during your visit to Providence- you can't beat the location. There are RISD buildings literally across the street and the nearest Brown buildings are within a couple of blocks. That said, it's a small one-bedroom and what you see is what you get. I've set the price based on the absolutely incredible location and the fact that I usually only open my home during special events when hotel rooms are hard to find. The space is comfortable, but it's an old building with a sensitive shower and creaky doors. Please do contact me if you have any questions, I want to be sure you are happy with what I can offer you before you book.

I'll stay with a friend up in Boston during your visit, so you'll have the whole place to yourself. I have a small but fully functional kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, and a sitting room. The TV in the sitting room is connected to PBS on-demand and Youtube, but you'd need to use your own login for anything else (such as Netflix). You'll also be able to use my parking spot in the adjacent lot, which is crucial given the overnight parking ban in Providence.

As I'll be leaving my home so you can use it, I'll likely be out of town during your stay. I'll be sure to give you a full tour of the apartment and where to find anything you might need when you check in.
Only certain check-in times may be available. Check your messages after requesting the booking, since I will likely contact you to confirm that I'll be available to let you in.
I'm a young professional living alone in Providence. I spend a fair bit of time at the gym, enjoy traveling a lot, and occasionally engage in little art projects or spontaneous adventures. I've been fortunate to know some very interesting people in my life and I love to make new connections.
