This magnificent 5,408 square meter property is host to a large number of fruit and nut trees, many native bushes, flaxes and grasses, and flowering plants of every description. It is home to an abundance of bird-life. It even has a broad stream that winds lazily thru the lower lawn, spanned by five bridges, including a miniature bridge designed to accommodate ducklings and hedgehogs. Rambo and Ewan, the resident lambs, graze in a fenced paddock shaded by a selection of stone fruit trees. Our home, a 100yr old Edwardian Villa is situated beside the cottage with separate entrances making both properties private.
