Dear Sergi, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your stay and I feel there are few things in your review that should be clarified. Lack of utensils was solved the same day it was brought to our attention, full 24-piece set was brought to the apartment together with a brand new frying pan. About the bulbs, when I was visiting the apartment you complained about one lamp in the living room that was not working, upon closer inspection the entire lamp was deemed unfixable and a new one will be bought soon. I want to emphasize that it was a one small lamp that in any way did not affect the overall lightning conditions. It was not several of them, it wasn't even few of them, just one and unfortunately there was nothing we could do about it. Apartment was cleaned thoroughly before your arrival and was handed over to you as such, therefore any extra cleaning equipment was not included apart from basic ones. When you were given the keys from the apartment you signed a handover protocol which clearly states that any unnecessary maintenance visit will be charged with a fee of 20EUR. With your signature you agreed to these conditions. You demanded a mop after two visits of our person in the apartment, during neither of those you mentioned this request so that would mean a third (quite unnecessary because you could've mentioned it first or the second time) visit within 24 hours. We firmly believe the charge proposal was justified. And finally, the check-in process. All our check-ins are done directly in the apartments, except of rare coincidences when several guests for different apartments arrive at the same time. We are trying to be fair to all of them and instead of keeping some of them waiting for hours for your check-in person (who has to do the check-in at the other place and then rush sometimes through entire city to do another check-in and after that another - again, this is a rare case) we invite all of the new arrivals to our office where these multiple check-ins can be handled much more swiftly and where they can sit down on sofa and enjoy a coffee or tea while they are awaiting their turn. More so, in your confirmation e-mail we offered you a service of arranging a taxi transfer for you. Our driver would pick you up at the airport, take you to our office, wait for you outside while you do the check-in and after that take you straight to the apartment. You were given this information and we were ready to arrange this, you decided not to choose this option so there was nothing more we could do about it. We understand this situation is slightly more inconvenient than a check-in in the apartment, but given the circumstances of other guests arriving at the same time, we believe this is the most fair way to handle an unfortunate situation like this. I hope I clarified all of your points and I hope that even if you were not satisfied with your stay this time we'll all learn from this experience and we'll have a chance to see each other in there future, either in Prague or anywhere else.
