Perched on top of a high coastal bluff, this upstairs duplex offers a spectacular getaway with million-dollar white-water views just 45 miles south of the border. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can accommodate 6 (with inflatable bed). Sunset and/or whale watching is available from any of 3 patios, 2 of which connect to each of the bedrooms. In addition to 24-hour security, the 16-unit Pyramid Development offers guests and residents a private beach just down the hill.
We provide wi-fi and satellite TV. The TV is close enough to the modem that streaming is possible through the HDMI port.
The bed in the south bedroom is a king, that in the north bedroom a queen. The 5th and 6th guests can be accommodated on the couch in the living room and / or an inflatable bed that is stored in the closet of the south bedroom. Both bedrooms have separate heating units but the north bedroom also has a fireplace. Ceiling fans are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen features a full-sized fridge as well as a gas oven and a gas stove plus pots, pans, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups, saucers, cutlery, etc.

A carport on the south side of the building is provided for the use of guests. Please park only in the space closest to Building TB2.

John and Mary Beth, the owners, travel frequently for extensive periods of time. Ginger, their rental manager who lives about seven miles south of the townhouse is available for questions, problems, and information at phone numbers that will be provided once a reservation has been confirmed.

As in most of Mexico our plumbing system is fragile, which dictates that toilet paper not be flushed but deposited in the receptacle provided in each bathroom.
- No fireworks please; they are a safety hazard.
- Consider the neighbors while visiting.
- Smoking allowed only outdoors.
We are frequent travelers in US, Mexico, South America, and Europe. We have lived in 7 countries and love languages. We are particularly fond of Mexico and spend most of our time on the Baja Peninsula. In our winter we head for summer in South America to visit friends and family!
