Our 1950s-inspired annexe is self-contained and has living room, bedroom and bathroom, with separate access. Our family home is in the heart of the town yet secluded and very quiet. Parking space for a car is available. 5min walk to town filled with art galleries, boutique shops and restaurants for a range of budgets. 7mins walk to Gyllanvase beach. Stunning National Trust properties within a short drive and private gardens including Trebah and Enys. Falmouth was voted in the top three British seaside towns. Come and see why.
A double bedroom with railed wardrobe area, a lounge/breakfast room with sofa bed for one (or two children, dimensions are 90cm by 190cm) and an ensuite shower room. A fourth person could be accommodated on a mattress on the floor. Double patio doors onto garden. Own separate entrance. Quiet and secluded with unique access to Cornish heritage coast, which is recognised as being an area of outstanding natural beauty. We are at the end of a cul de sac, but have our own private access to the path to the beach.

You are able to be self-sufficient as there is kettle, toaster and microwave oven (we are working our way towards putting a sink in!) The fairies will provide clean crockery and cutlery during the day. A welcome pack of milk, bread and jams will be in the 10l fridge when you arrive, and local shops are less than 10mins walk away for you to replenish supplies. Any advice we can give about local travel and sights/events to see, do not be afraid to ask.
