We go out of our way to make sure that our properties meet the expectations we would expect - and we love to hear from you before, during and after your stay! HOW DO YOU FIND THE PROPERTY Your GPS can easily find the property. You’ll get the address - and if you use any standard GPS device, you’ll be able to find the property.

We love hosting people at our properties and in order to make sure that we’re doing a fantastic job, Judy and I personally oversee the properties’ furnishing from the carpet to the couches to the beds to the TVs and appliances.
We also have hired an excellent customer service company to assist us in communicating with you. You may have already had contact with George/Jorge. If you’ve any issues, questions, concerns or ESPECIALLY ANY PROBLEMS, please use AirBnB.com to communicate them - as by doing so a group of us get notified at the same time.
On the ground, we have hired local cleaners who really care, and we have a facilities manager nearby the units.
CLEANING THE APARTMENT
Upon arrival to the unit, if there is a problem with the unit or any questions, please let us know. We’ve hired professional cleaners in order to provide you with a consistent level of cleanliness each time. They will take care of making sure the unit is cleaned excellently prior to your arrival.
At the end of your stay, you need to throw away your garbage and wash your dishes. While it’d be helpful if you’d strip the sheets off of the bed, and put them in the pillow case on the floor, it’s essential you dispose of your trash.
If you don't wash your dishes, or dispose of your trash, you will be charged.
While the cleaning people are responsible for the vacuuming, washing sheets/towels, making the beds, etc., your trash is for you to dispose of. You’re expected to carry all of your trash to the dumpster - which is conveniently located on the property.
CHECKOUT TIME: 11 a.m.
The apartment has great heating - and in our experience the house EASILY gets TOOOOO HOT! When I stay I set the thermostat to 66-68F ... and give it 20 minutes. At night time, I usually turn it down to about 64F.
When you leave, please leave the heat set to 60F
HOT TUB, PATIO, & BBQ GRILL
The back patio is for the use of all of the guests in the building, therefore you may be sharing with your neighbors on the other floors.
THE HOT TUB
The hot tub is a 7 person hot tub and it stays hot because the lid has been kept down prior to your using it. Make sure, please, to shut the lid all the way, and make sure that the skirt is down on the outside of the edge when it’s closed.
Your safety, and the safety of the other guests depends on NO GLASS OF ANY SORT IN THE HOT TUB.
WIND & OPENING THE HOT TUB
The wind at about 900 feet in the mountains is surprisingly strong . . . and it is CERTAINLY strong enough to EASILY flip open the hot tub lid. When you're getting out, you'll be nice and warm - so taking the extra 3 to 5 seconds to clip it shut should be no problem.
One recent guest forgot, and the wind flipped the hot tub lid open . . . resulting in an electricity spike for 12 hours as the outside temperature was in the high teens. Let's not risk freezing the pipes of the hot tub (which costs $10,000), nor waste so much electricity.
Sometimes there is the urge to urinate - whether we're talking about your small dog (if you're on the 1st floor), or you're in the hot tub.
Peeing in the snow is "a gift that keeps on giving" - as the snow will freeze your memory for all future renters to see / smell until April or May. That's not a way that others want to remember you, trust me :-D
Do your best to have have your yellow snow creation away from the hot tub - preferably by the dumpster, the parking lot, or, for you bipeds, (in your toilet or) somewhere closer towards the train tracks!
The 7 grill BBQ grill has TONS of room to cook a dozen plus steaks at a time . . . and there are extra propane tanks on the rear porch. I’ve cooked a dozen plus steaks there (total) and hope your steaks come out just as well.
If the propane tank runs out please put the empty tank in the mudroom by the front door - and it’d be GREAT if you would send us a message via the AirBnB app. Regardless, the cleaning people will be looking for empties in the mudroom.
There is a daily cycle creating ICE - the sun warms the snow up above freezing during the afternoon, and then it freezes in the late afternoon, evening.
There should be a small white plastic jug of Snow Melt chemicals in the mud room. Liberally spread it around on the steps, and near your car.
(If there's not, if you buy some, let me know, and I am happy to reimburse you ... at a minimum - I'd love to know there isn't and I'll have the cleaning crew buy some more. . . . Unfortunately, we've occasionally seen jugs "magically disappear" at the end of some renter's stay.)

THE PARKING LOT
Please park in a manner that makes it easy for everyone to enter/exit the building.
SNOW PLOWING IS A FACT OF WINTER
If you see the snow plow, please move your car for the plow . . . it’ll make the parking lot a lot safer for everyone.
- On the outside of the building we have 4 HD security cameras - the primary focus is on making sure that we don't have a nervy renter say that they will be a total of 6 people, and suddenly 20 show up.
