This beautiful property is situated 3 minutes south of Breckenridge off of Route 9 and is just 3 minutes from Main Street. The Blue River Commuter provides free shuttle service from Blue River to Breckenridge on a limited basis! Checkout the Summit Stage website to learn more.
The private lake/tarn across Rt 9 is for property owners only and is heavily patrolled by Blue River Marshals - do not fish, swim or boat on the lake. Fishing is allowed in the Blue River that flows along Rt 9 in and north of the town of Breckenridge and licenses may be obtained from City Market.
WINTER SKYCARD PROGRAM: The Winter SkyCard program offers FREE activities and services during your stay. Our Winter program runs from from Nov 15 to Apr 15. We offer actives all provided by local companies including:

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

What to be aware of:
- Located just 3 minutes south of Breckenridge Main Street with amazing lake views.
- There is no garage, however there is a large private driveway. Please make sure to not park on the county roads as you will be subject to towing.Â
- Due to winter weather conditions, all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended in the winter.
