Due to previous problems (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) we’ve needed to implement a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)

If you’re coming to KL to party you’ve picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

Check-in is at 2pm, and check-out is by 12pm. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first.

Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home.

We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy.

What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.

To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or water heater when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

To be considerate to the other roommates, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 9pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember the other roommates and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space. We’ll make sure to reciprocate the favor. Unless it’s Bob Dylan. He’s okay to play at any time in all areas of the house :)

We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you.

Have a pet? Should be no problem… but please ask us first.

To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the front gate locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

A week prior to arrival, Norman stated the Wi-Fi and pool was not working and he was happy to give a refund which was totally fine as my friends and I specifically requested Wi-Fi. Norman did not want to cancel the booking as it would “affect his account ratings” and instead wanted the guest to cancel (Airbnb does not give a refund for service fee if guest cancels – which was about $103). After Norman refused numerous times, I asked if he could provide a discount in which he refused, so I then asked for a USB internet. He then stated he had another apartment with Wi-Fi and we would need to pay more. I refused as it was already inconvenient so he gave me a link to another apartment he had and I accepted to stay there. When he sent to modify the booking, it was a different apartment to what we agreed on, but cheaper. I didn’t want to argue as it was frustrating trying to make it clear I just wanted a refund, so I accepted but then realised the price went higher when he sent the modification (only $1AUD was refunded). I am an Airbnb host myself and have also used it for travel way too many times, so I understand how important customer service is. We had a few issues with the washing machine (throughout our whole stay) and water (only a day) not working throughout the whole apartment. Contacted Norman if there was any way to fix it, in which he replied he would come later and “It’s 7.30am”, and never responded to multiple messages about the washing machine (we could not use it our whole stay unfortunately). Upon check out, I had forgotten my access card at the apartment and wanted to grab my luggage to head out. Tried contacting Norman once again but no response. The security also tried contacting him and would not let us up as they needed Norman’s approval - after begging for 15 mins and providing my passport they finally let us up. I received a message from Norman about 10mins later saying “Can’t call you back”. Overall, communication and customer service were frustrating and unpleasant, however the apartment and location were absolutely fantastic. Check in was smooth and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and location was absolutely perfect! An iron and kettle were provided later upon request as they were missing. Security outside for parking were friendly as well as the 7/11 downstairs being open 24/7. The pool view is absolutely amazing! For a host who was very concerned about his ratings, I expected better communication. I know these issues were out of his control but we really did leave disappointed. I would def recommend the apartment if you don't mind not being able to reach the host at all for immediate needs as it is a beautiful place to stay. Thanks for your efforts Norman.

Unit looks good, we are also host in Airbnb, one of our client booked through us. He is satisfied.

Location is very convenient as there is free shuttle bus to Pavilion area. Also about 5 minutes walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail station and 10 min to KLCC. Room is clean and new but TV screen not clear, not many channel to choose. Overall OK.

Great location and lovely hotel and hosts. Building was still getting its finishing touches on it and had a couple of teething issues but the hosts did everything they could to help. Would recommend. I will stay again if in KL.

No wifi. Got to wait for management to bring a temporary one. No blankets/ comforter. Only one key card.
