This cozy beachfront condo is close to the beach (just out the door), public transport, beach bar/grill, gas station/convenience store, restaurants, movies & post office. You’ll love the convenient access to the beach, nice hot tub/saline pool area, privacy, relative quietness, full-size kitchen & comfortable, open-concept living/dining/kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Two full beds and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy partial view of ocean from the balcony.
Even though this particular unit doesn't have a view except when you're on the balcony, the access to the beach is still PRIMO, and that is golden when you're staying here. It makes it so much easier to go back and forth if you need more sunscreen, a restroom break, a quick snack or just want to get out of the sun for a bit. Also, being an end unit, it is significantly larger than the other units in the building.
Another thing is that it's a somewhat older building, so you may notice a bit of a "rustic" vibe. But the building and common areas are clean and well-maintained. Recent improvements include new storm-safe patio/balcony doors, all-new balconies and some sections of upper walkways that have been torn out and completely replaced to keep everything safety-positive.
The two beds in the bedroom are doubles. The sofa bed is a queen.

You will have access to all of condo 314, plus common areas: coin-operated laundry rooms (one on the 1st floor, one on the 3rd floor), patio area with swimming pool and hot tub, one parking space (not assigned, use any available spot), lawn in back, fish-cleaning station and stairs/path to beach.
From the first weekend in March thru Easter Sunday each year, our building has a security requirement that guests ages 11-32 wear a security wristband to be able to return to the complex throughout their stay. In order for me to have enough wristbands ready for those who need them, I MUST be told ahead of time how many of your party are in this age group. I will also have to pass along the $25-per-wristband fee, so I will add that later to your total. Just so you're aware. (There's no way to automate this on Airbnb, or I would do that.)

During especially busy times here, the building usually has a security guard on duty.
Being well away from the "entertainment district," the area is generally quiet at night. During the day, it depends on other guests, neighbors and beach traffic how quiet it will be. If there is noise at night, there are numbers to call.
