The entrance to the barn is through a shared courtyard to the rear of the Sports Hall building. There is a Great Barn wall sign to the side of the glazed entrance door.

There is a farmhouse style table with bench seating for six, and a roomy curved sofa facing towards the log burner with wide screen TV with Freesat, and DVD player. Kitchen Area with electric cooker, two ring induction job, combination microwave, microwave steriliser and large free standing fridge freezer. A feature 'island' houses cooking utensils and has a small breakfast bar to one side with two stools for an alternative dining area.
Doors off living area lead to the downstairs cloakroom and understairs storage cupboard housing the ironing board, iron, hoover and cleaning utensils.

The excellent ratio of three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, plus downstairs cloakroom, will suit families, couples and friends looking to enjoy a break in this pretty part of rural North Norfolk.
With the the beautiful North Norfolk coastline only a twenty minute drive away and the nearby market town of Fakenham and all its facilities close by, there really is plenty on offer for all ages, at any time of year.
