Driftwood Cottage is a lovely semi-detached modern cottage, beautifully presented and offering open-plan living. The ground floor is light and airy with triple aspect windows, underfloor heating and bi-fold doors which open onto the patio and garden, perfect for barbeques and 'al-fresco' dining. There is a contemporary style kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area seating four and an adjoining seating area with log burner. The first floor has two double bedrooms, the master has a double bed with en-suite and a second double with 'zip and link' bed which can be offered as a king-size, or twin, if preferred. On the first floor there is a second shower room in addition to the ground floor cloakroom.
The rear garden is fully enclosed and has a lovely patio with barbeque along with raised lawn - great for picnics! There is parking at the front which is shared with the adjoining Blossom Cottage which is also available for bookings.
The Sailing Club at Brancaster Staithe is approximately 1 mile away and the bustling Georgian village of Burnham Market is approximately 4 miles away offering fabulous shopping and eateries.


Open-plan living area
A side entrance door leads in to the open-plan living area, a wonderful triple aspect space with modern sash windows to the front, side and bi-fold doors to the rear.

Kitchen/dining area
There is a modern stylish kitchen with stainless steel sink, a breakfast bar with two stools and fridge/freezer (4 drawer) with water dispenser. There is halogen hob with matching oven and extractor over, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen leads into the dining area with table and four rattan chairs and is open to the sitting room with stairs leading off to the first floor bedrooms and shower room.

Sitting room
Fabulous seating area with contemporary corner sofa and two seater sofa, stylish coffee tables with lamps and rug, cosy log burner and wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview. Bi-fold doors lead onto the rear patio and garden.
Please note: the log burner is quite small therefore instant fire logs should only be used, these will be available for use on arrival, additional logs can be purchased locally. The owner's house notes gives full details of local suppliers.
With vanity wash basin, mixer tap and WC.

First floor

Spacious landing with doors to bedrooms and shower room. Airing cupboard with boiler.

Master (double bedroom)
Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table with mirror and built-in wardrobes. A window overlooks the front of the property and there is a door to en-suite shower room.

En-suite shower room
Vanity wash hand basin with mixer tap, shaver point and circular mirror. Walk-in mains shower, heated towel rail and recessed lighting.

Corner shower cubicle with electric shower, vanity wash hand basin with mixer tap and arched mirror, shaver point and heated towel rail.

King size bedroom (or twin if preferred)
King size 'Zip and link' bed with side tables and lamps. The beds can be made up to suit individual requirements either as a king size or as 2ft 6' twin beds. (Please notify preferred option when booking). There is a double wardrobe with drawer, 6 drawer chest and wall mounted mirror.


Rear garden
The rear garden is fully enclosed and has a patio with seating area directly off the living area with table and four chairs, ideal for 'al-fresco' dining, and a large garden umbrella. Three steps lead up to the raised area where there is also a rotary washing line and charcoal BBQ.

Front garden/parking area
There is parking for two cars at the front of the Cottage on the shingled driveway. Driftwood Cottage adjoins Blossom Cottage which will soon be available for bookings.
