There is a travel cot stored in the cupboard in this room.

The property is set back from the lane in a quiet position. There is a brick/timber car port as well as additional parking for 3 vehicles. To the rear of the property there is a courtyard garden with willow fencing, wooden garden furniture for 8 and a Webber BBQ.

A large duck pond, children’s playground and the wonderful Duck Inn (arguably one of the best pub restaurants on the coast) are all within walking distance of the barn. A five minute drive will take you to the Georgian village of Burnham Market with its fashionable boutiques, cafes, deli, wine merchant and the acclaimed Hoste Arms hotel. The beautiful coast and its magnificent beaches are only a ten minute drive away.
