Grove House is an impressive spacious detached property with a modern interior and ample parking to the front of the house for three to four cars. It is an ideal choice for large family groups or multi-family holidays.


To the front of the property is a gated gravelled parking area suitable for several cars. To the rear is a large patio area accessed from both the lounge and ground floor Double bedroom and a well kept lawned area, which is surrounded by hedges and a wall and separated from the front by two gates – one either side of the property. There is garden furniture and a large BBQ.

Dining Room
Leading straight from the Porch into the light Dining with three windows to the front of the property. There is a large dining table and ten leather chairs and leads directly though a door to the Kitchen.

Good sized room with an integrated fridge, integrated full size dishwasher, a 5 ring gas hob, oven and a lovely Rayburn, complete with a Butler sink and a walk in pantry also housing the freezer. There is also a kitchen table and 8 chairs.

Utility room
Has fitted units, sink, washer/drier machine, an additional fridge.

Sun Room
Sitting room with a large corner sofa, coffee table, floor lamp, large 42 inch flat screen TV with Freeview and French doors to the garden. Leading to the snug through glass doors

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
