There is parking for three cars in the driveway and a small garden to the front. To the rear is a real surprise. The gardens extend to almost an acre and include two lawned formal hedged areas one with a traditional summerhouse. Further down the garden is a fabulous cabin with games and a small pool table. Perfect for children to have some real freedom. The gardens then extend into a woodland with secret places to build dens and watch birds. (please note there is a small unfenced pond) All this is topped off with a zip wire at the end!
The property is a five minute walk to The White Horse pub, a real traditional pub with fire and good food, the beach is a further 10 minute walk. The pretty village of Holme Next the Sea is right on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. Norfolk Wildlife Trust manages the Holme Dunes Nature reserve. Peddars Way, the Roman road stretches right down to the coast giving opportunities for great walking along with the North Norfolk Coastal Path. The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is 3 miles away and the beaches at Brancaster and Old Hunstanton are both less than 5 minutes drive.
