Wells offers fabulous beaches at both Wells and Holkham, and has quaint rambling streets to explore, with shops, cafes, pub/restaurants and the bustling quayside.

Access is via 2 five bar gates with parking for 3-4 vehicles. There is a large wrap around side & rear deck with views to the pinewoods. Teak outside garden furniture for 8. 2 sun loungers. Shed available for bicycles etc.

Holkham Estate have developed the field behind the house as out of town car parking with access to the beach over further fields. A great deal of effort has gone in to ensuring it blends in with the landscape by putting in two large ponds directly behind the properties at Mainsail Yard and planting shrubs and trees around them.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
