Tom’s Cottage is a traditional and very pretty cottage situated in the conservation area of Heacham. It overlooks a private village green and the church, and there is a small garden to the rear. Heacham is the perfect base, away from the bustle of the main coast roads and villages, but only a few minutes drive from the North Norfolk beaches.

There is parking on the roadside outside the cottage. To the rear is a small, secluded, enclosed garden with table and chairs for outside eating. There is a right of way through to the neighbouring cottage for taking out the bins. To the front of the cottage is a private village green, overlooking the church.
Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs. Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House. Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees. The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.
