Two Hoots, named after the owls often seen in the area, is a much loved family holiday home. Built in the traditional Norfolk style, featuring timbers from one of the last ships to sail from King’s Lynn, and reclaimed Sandringham stable floor tiles. The cottage is very spacious and presents as a very cosy retreat, complete with a large inglenook fireplace and log burner. The gardens are private and the conservatory is a wonderful place to sit and watch the local bird life. To the front of the house you have the wonderful view of the saltmarshes, and direct access onto the coastal path.

The cottage sits on a lovely plot surrounded by mature gardens to the rear and hedging to the front and the salt marshes beyond. Opposite the cottage is access to the coastal path. The driveway has plenty of parking. The gardens are a haven for birdlife and very private and peaceful. The back garden is fully secure for dogs. Please note the garden contains an ornamental pond.
Thornham is an old smuggling village right on the North Norfolk Coast. Wide expanses of salt marsh separate the village from the sea and it is a paradise for walkers and bird watchers. There are several great places to eat including The Village Deli,selling all manner of local produce and great coffee, The Lifeboat Inn, an old smuggling haunt complete with heavy beams and roaring fires, The Orange Tree a gastro pub and The Coach House selling pizza and pasta. The beach, reached by a walk over the sea defence over the salt marshes, is stunning and you will be rewarded by peace and quiet!
