The Old School House is a delightful period property in the centre of the village of Docking, located in a tree lined road overlooking the church. The house has been completely and sympathetically restored to a high standard, however several original features of the old school remain; the big red arched front door and tiled floors. Despite it's central village location, the house enjoys a feeling of privacy and seclusion. The beautiful sandy beaches at Old Hunstanton and Brancaster are easily reached by car, and the popular Georgian village of Burnham Market is about a ten minute drive away.

With the original fireplace, two comfortable sofas, funky coffee tables, large screen TV with DVD and Freeview, bay window to side of house.

With two sofas original fireplace (non functional), coffee table and side lamps.

Original tiled floor. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and electric oven with hob.

Large walk in shower WC and basin. Washer/Dryer.

King sized bed, with bedside table and lamps, fitted wardrobe.

Twin bedded room or Super King Size Bed (please specify on booking) with bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers.

Full sized bunk beds, lower bunk is a 4ft 6 in double bed (access to one side only) lamps and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom
Newly fitted with bath and shower over. WC and basin, heated towel rail.

Outside
The house is situated in the centre of Docking overlooking the church with mature trees to the front. There is a feeling of seclusion and privacy. There is off road parking on the driveway through the gateway. The gardens are mainly lawned and fully enclosed. A sheltered walled area directly from the dining room is a peaceful place to BBQ or enjoy an al fresco meal. Garden furniture and BBQ.

Docking is a large friendly village with an excellent local shop with late opening hours a great family pub, The Railway and a fish and chip shop. Situated just 5 miles from the coast it is ideally situated to access the West of Norfolk (Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham etc) and the heart of the North Norfolk Coast.
