12 Barnwell Cottages is a traditional Norfolk end terrace cottage situated in the popular coastal village of Holme-next-the-Sea. The accommodation is simple but stylish with a garden to the rear and off road parking to the side. There is a well-equipped kitchen/diner, cosy sitting room with an open fire and two bedrooms upstairs. The cottage is close to the Peddars Way Roman road. The local pub, The White Horse, serves good food and has a playground area for children.

Pretty room with king sized bed, bedside table and lamps, fitted wardrobe. Stripped pine floorboards and original (non functional) feature fireplace.

The cottage is situated down a private road and is an end of terrace. There is parking to the side of the property. To the rear is a garden area with seating and a very special German ‘Strandkorb’ or Beach Basket Chair!
The pretty village of Holme Next the Sea is right on the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. Norfolk Wildlife Trust manages the Holme Dunes Nature reserve. Peddars Way, the Roman road stretches right down to the coast giving opportunities for great walking along with the North Norfolk Coastal Path. The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is 3 miles away and the beaches at Brancaster and Old Hunstanton are both less than 5 minutes drive.
