This cosy flat features 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests. Located a 4-minute walk from Earl’s Court Station you can reach central London stations such as Westminster and Piccadilly Circus in 15 minutes.
The modern, subtly decorated living area features an L shaped sofa and a TV, perfect for your indoor cosy times. There is a dining table which accommodates 6 people right beside the bay window that looks over the busy West Cromwell Road, but rest assured the triple glazing minimizes traffic noise.
A simple yet practical open plan kitchen is located at the end of the hallway up a few small stairs. There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave and all the other amenities that you will need during your stay. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen.
This cosy bedroom is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The windows look over the communal garden making it a very quiet place to sleep and relax.
SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM
This room features a double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Same as the other bedroom, the windows look over the communal gardens providing that calm and quiet environment.
Located on the left side as you enter the flat, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in high-pressure power shower.
There is a communal garden where you can relax on a warm day.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
