Staithe Street Apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of the bustling seaside village of Wells-next-the-Sea. This spacious first floor apartment is situated at the top end of Staithe Street, the main shopping street in Wells, above a retail outlet and very close to all amenities. The Quay is a five minute walk away, the Buttlands, independent shops, pubs and restaurants are all on your doorstep. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation on the first floor, with the added bonus of car parking in a private car park to the rear of the property.

On entering the property there is a central main stairwell with access to both the first & second floor apartments.

Entrance Hall
The apartment is arranged off the central entrance hall.

Modern, contemporary kitchen, a range of fitted cupboards, microwave, fridge/freezer, integrated ceramic hob, integrated oven & grill, washing machine & dishwasher, kettle & toaster. There is a table and chairs which can be opened out and used if required and a window to the rear of the property.

Sitting Room / Dining Area
A spacious room with sash and case windows to the front of the property. Two leather sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player and standard lamp. To the rear of the room is a dining table and four chairs.

Master Bedroom
Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe with full length mirrored doors, chest of drawers and window to the rear of the property.

Twin Bedroom
Twin beds, wardrobe with full length mirrored door, small cupboard and small basket drawer unit with lamp. Pull out bed beneath. Window to the rear of the property.

Family Bathroom
Large bathroom, bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and window to the side of the property.

To the rear of the building is a large shingled parking area.

Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn't be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
