Takeaways: it looks like the pictures, and be very clear with Anna about checkin/out as she didn't volunteer the information and is slow at responding.
I have never written a negative review, but this experience was frankly, quite negative. Checkin: Anna didn't respond to my question about how we should check in until 30 hours after I asked, which was only 30 min before check in. As a foreigner, I don't have phone service, and she knew that we were on a train the 7 hours before check-in, arriving late in the evening, something I had already cleared with her. When we didn't hear from her before catching our train, we assumed that we would meet her at the apartment at the check in time that we had discussed and that I had confirmed the day before, and for which she said she would send someone over at. However, she apparently texted us 30 min before our arrival, saying that she would send someone once we arrived... consequently no one was at the apartment. I ended up having to make friends with a night worker at a nearby construction site to have him call her. We then had to wait another half hour outside in the rain. She was then hostile over text, blaming the whole incident on us and the fact that it was not "her fault" that we didn't have cell phones that worked in Poland. However, the whole thing could have easily been avoided, had she responded the day before, stuck to the plan, or simply said she was sorry. The apartment was as it appears in the pictures, although everything was extremely poorly made. The wifi also wasn't working when we arrived, but luckily we tried to sign in immediately and the man who let us in was able to set it back up. There was also no soap in the bathroom dispenser. It also took her a while to confirm how we checkout. Overall, the view is nice, the location is good for people who want to be near the train/bus station, but do try to be very clear with Anna upfront in case she takes a while to respond. (Or perhaps she's normally very responsive and it was just our situation that this happened? In which case it can't hurt to still be extremely clear upfront and to call her if you don't hear from her!).
