This cozy apartment is great for 2 guests (or 3, if you don't mind a comfortable couch!) It's the perfect place to unplug and relax from the city's bustle. FREE PARKING, and an easy 5-minute walk from the Western Ave Blue Line. Also, great access to DIVVY BIKES (see our city guide.) There's an awesome public SWIMMING POOL and park right across the street—and the apartment is an easy walk to the 606 trail (Chicago's elevated park)!
You'll be enjoying the lower level of a beautiful graystone on a tree-lined street in Bucktown. The space has a separate entry, private bathroom, and room for two guests in a queen-sized bed and one on a comfy couch in the living room.
It's just a 5-minute walk from the Western Avenue Blue Line stop. You'll get great rest in a quiet area, and the best spots to eat and drink will still be right around the corner.

I work as a magazine journalist in the lifestyle beat and have put together a detailed neighborhood guide with tons of ideas of what to eat, drink and do. If you're looking for a specific recommendation, just shout.

We're usually very flexible on check-in, but because check-out is officially 12pm, please be aware that we may need about two hours to get the place in great shape for you if we have a guest departing the day you arrive.
If we can improve your stay in any way whatsoever, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're easy going, hard to offend, and will do our absolute best to resolve your concern. We prefer to know in real time what we can do better (rather than hearing about it in the review after your departure)...and communication is key to that!
Please be respectful and take care of our home as if it were your own. If you use a dish, please wash it. If you accidentally make a mess, please clean it up... you get the picture!
