It was refurbished in 2014 and redecorated in 2016 in a light and airy style. The apartment is on the 4th floor with sea views from the south-facing balcony.
The apartment is classified as Wheelchair-Accessible, with step-free access from the street and wide doorways throughout, though the toilet and bath are standard, not fully adapted for disabled use.

We live in the UK but there is a key-holder who works 100m from the apartment and can assist if needed. There is also a very helpful caretaker for the apartments who is around outside office hours.

IMPORTANT! Keys are held for us by a local letting agent, who will check you in and out, and is available to assist during your stay. Office hours are 9:30am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday and 9:30am - 12:30pm Saturday. Keys cannot be collected or dropped off outside these hours except by prior arrangement.
Please ensure you arrive to collect keys between 12:00h and 19:00h Monday to Friday, or 9:30h and 12:30h Saturday. If you are unable to collect within these times, please contact us before booking because we can usually make other arrangements.
