Our place is close to the Seafront, the city centre, parks, everywhere is only a 10 minute walk away, Gunwharf Retail Centre, Railway station, University of Portsmouth, Albert Road and much more. There's also a bus stop outside our front door. You’ll love our place because of its close proximity to all that Southsea has to offer. You will have total privacy with your own front door, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided and are of good quality.
We have a town house in the heart of Southsea, with a private basement apartment. The flat is accessed via a short but fairly steep flight of steps. Recently refurbished, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large double bedroom and with its own front door. The apartment has ceiling height of 6ft 3ins. We are a working couple but are at home most evenings and are very happy to give any help or tips on the area.

There are at least two fine restaurants within yards of our property and several more within walking distance. We love living here in the middle of Southsea with its night life only a 10 minute walk away, or maybe taking a stroll along the seafront.
No rules as such other than to say enjoy your stay in Southsea. Guests will need to book in after 5.30pm week days and 3pm at weekends. The room will need to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
If you want to come/leave earlier or later - please let me know in advance.
Also please let me know in advance if you need a parking permit for your car as I can provide 24hr pass for £2 or 12 hr for £1 .
