I was in town for 4 days for work and, after spending $300 on a mediocre hotel room in downtown, I decided to look around for something better on AirBnB and came across Cindy's loft. Wow, what a great place! Very cool loft in the absolute best location in downtown Denver. The apartment is very well appointed. Very nice design and decoration - not like many of the places you find which are just stuffed with Ikea furniture. The bed was super comfortable, and Cindy has thought of all the amenities. Entry was easy and Cindy provided very detailed information for getting into the building and apartment. People who are very sensitive to sound should know that the apartment is right next to a very active train station/tracks, which sees large locomotives towing hundreds of coal cars coming and going all day and night, but the apartment is well-insulated for sound, and I actually came to like the subtle, low roar over time. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Denver.

Great location! Cindy was a great host, however the trains outside were so, soooooo so so so loud. Not Cindys fault at all. Seriously a great location.

This is an excellent Loft/studio apartment in a great location. It is well designed and has high-end appliances and furnishings. We used it as a base to explore Denver and found the location extremely convenient. The secure, covered parking was very helpful, but you don't really need a car with this great little apartment. You could take the train from the airport to Union Station and walk to the place. Some may not like the trains right outside the patio, but we found them interesting. LoDo is such an appealing area. Don't miss the fresh seafood at Jax!

SUCH A COMFY BED! Great apartment and great location. The trains were loud but they didn't wake me up. It was neat watching the trains come and go on the balcony. Cindy was very accommodating and the apartment had everything I needed for a short or long stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a great location, close to everything within walking distance. Bed is incredibly comfortable. My only remark is the balcony which is directly facing the railroad tracks and it can be very loud at night. However, the host.

Cindy was very easy to work with on our last minute rental. The place was very clean and neat and had the essentials for a 2 night stay. Loved the location and would definitely come back again.

I ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS AND WALKING, GARDENING, COOKING, AND RELAXING. I BELIEVE IN HISTORIC PRESERVATION. THIS LAND MARKED HOME IS A GEM, PRESERVED FOR ALL FUTURE GENERATIONS TO COME. IT IS HAPPILY SHARED WITH OUR GUESTS. Walking to the fine events, MT Sanitis and restaurants from our home is a treat as this Historic neighborhood will captivate you.
