The Space. The apartment has just been renovated with modern furniture in Dec 2016. It is on a single level with an open plan living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. Our guest will have full access to the apartment, with your own car park which is right next to the entrance of the building. The apartment is located on the third level with access by stairs. To ensure hassle free check-in, a key will be placed in the lockbox for you with 24-hour access. On check-out simply place the key in the same place at where they were on arrival.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time: the property will be available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside.
No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus GST per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus GST per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.
HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS
All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.
The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are coffee capsules, toilet paper and toiletries (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
