This is a very open roughly 1000 square foot loft space located smack on top of The Beltline in Atlanta's cool and popular Virginia-Highlands district. You walk out the door and you're on the Beltline - key to an easy going and great time in the best part of the ATL. The lofted space is shared with the Fall Line Press projects space on the ground floor. The Fall Line space opens at 11 and closes at 6 five days a week. Our ideal guest is someone who is connected with or interested in the arts.

Interaktion mit Gästen

Being invested in the arts community in ATL we are delighted to give our guests a personal overview of what's going on art-wise during your visit. If time allows we also offer half or full day art "experiences" as part of the airbnb program. Just ask if you're interested or check out the Fall Line Press listing for more.

Weitere wichtige Infos

This space is an operating independent publisher of fine art photography books! between the hours of 11 am - 6 pm there will be staff and interns coming in and out working on various tasks during those times, but your privacy will always be respected, and we will limit our activities to the ground floor during your stay. After 6pm the space is all yours, and you are free to look through our expansive collection of artist books, which we consider to be one of the greatest perks of this space along with it's incredible location.

Great airbnb! Perfect location for a solo traveller. Could explore the midtown by walking and by bike. Grocery store, Starbucks, awesome Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, Little Five Points Area and the Beltline nearby. All the musts in walking distance! The loft is huge, nice interior, felt safe and I had everything I needed. No one was around while my stay so I had the loft for myself.

This is an extraordinary place to stay, and Bill is an excellent host. Sleeping in a library of photography books was fantastic, and made even better by the offer of a cold beer in the fridge. I'd happily stay again!

We loved having Rachel at the Fall Line space and can't wait to have her back again soon! She took full advantage of what the library had to offer and made us feel like we have a new friend. Thanks Rachel!

Loft was great – minimal for sure, but great nonetheless. Perfect for a traveler who will either not spend much time where he/she is staying and has other things that need to be done around town, or the budget traveler. Bill is very nice and there is plenty of great reading material in the loft!

Mr. Boling was very hospitable, and I enjoyed my stay at the Urban Artist Loft. His intern Jake was also very kind and even gave me his phone number in case I needed anything. The sofa-bed upstairs is comfortable, the bathroom was clean (with all the necessary toiletries provided). The loft is shared with the Fall Line Press projects on the ground floor (from 11 AM to 6 PM), but I always felt that my privacy was respected and did not find that to be a problem at all. The loft is filled with beautiful photo books. I discovered John Carnell's serene photography in his "Small Town Vernacular" and the photographs of Nobuyoshi Araki, which were amusing, strange yet (in my opinion) deeply rooted in a personal philosophy. Though I spent a lot of time alone in the loft (in the evenings), I was never bored, and there is always something to discover in the vast collection downstairs. Finally, I would describe the overall ambiance as "rustic luxury": the mix of high ceilings, the large wooden table on the ground floor, the industrial concrete floor (downstairs) and the vintage warehouse lights is quite beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. The close proximity to the BeltLine is also very nice.
