I am frankly confounded by Tomasz and his party... But I suppose that we are entitled to our own opinions. I will say, as I say in the listing, that this carriage house was built in 1900 on peanut stone and brick which is common in this area of NJ. It is a beach house and not a condo. It is not suitable for babies or the elderly and frankly Tomasz may have been more comfortable in a location that could better address the needs of an older person. He had difficulty with the simplest of tasks - plugging in a toaster, flushing a toilet, taking out his own garbage. He complained about a single bed in the small bedroom and when we went in to fix it they had food, garbage and wet towels strewn all over the apartment. Frankly - they were rude, failed to use common courtesy (hello, or thank you) and threw our thank you and welcome cards on the floor. Perhaps in the future they will stay with their relatives in the local area, provided they will have them. As you can see from their previous reviews, I hate to say this but future hosts beware!
