Well appointed holiday home very close to lake and cycle/walking track. Easy cycle/walk to town and close by to park for kids. Very tidy throughout with large deck and cosy corner with cushioned seating on deck. View to lake and mountain from deck.
Property includes 2 attached dwellings, one is a three bedroom house which we refer to as the MAIN House and the other is a two bedroom FLAT. They are attached but there is no internal entry to either from the other. You will be staying in the MAIN House. At this stage we do not have the FLAT on Air BnB and so there will never be anyone staying in the FLAT at the same time as you.

There is a shared clothesline and backyard between the MAIN House and FLAT at the rear of the property. The backyard is completely fenced with a side gate and a gate across the driveway.

Guest linen is provided as part of the nightly rate. It would be appreciated if guests do not use the linen in the linen cupboard as this is for the house owners personal use. All linen is supplied via a Linen Service and if our personal linen is used it must be laundered by our cleaner which is NOT included in the mandatory cleaning charge.
