Totally disappointed. We booked 11 Sheldon Square but the staff gave me a totally different apartment. Not until I called, the staff told me the previous guest could not move out and have to stay one more day. I need to call again the next day to check if they could let me move in the one I booked (I don't know why they don't call me despite I have a local phone number.)The next day we could move in but again a bit disappointed . The apartment a bit old as compared with the picture, the Terrance was dirty. The Terrance glass door was cracked and could not close. The electric stove did not work and no shampoo, conditioner nor bath gel. The good side is the apartment is closed to Paddington Station (around 7 min walking distance). Coffee shop right downstairs and a small supermarket nearby. The office could keep our luggage until 9:00pm. But you have to go to a different place to collect the key when you check in.

It's a great flat with wonderful view

Beautiful and modern place with a huge terrace. The location was great, a Sainsbury just downstairs of the building and a couple of restaurants at the square. Next to Paddington station so it was very easy to move around the city and to the airport (use the express service from Paddington). Just 2 things to keep in mind: there's a highway next to the apartment so it can get a little bit noisy, not a problem if the windows are close, and one of the bedrooms is pretty small, there's no space between the bed and the wall so you have to leave the bags in the living room area. But I highly recommend it!

This bright, modern, well-equipped flat in a very pleasant and convenient, bustling canal-side development was ideal for my family of five, including two teens. (Take the canal waterbus to Camden Town or the zoo!) The huge deck, open to the sky, was wonderful and kept us from feeling cramped. We liked the location: not right in the tourist heart, with but three tube lines thru Paddington, everything is accesssible. Walkable to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. Note: in summer it gets bright VERY early, and with an east-facing glass wall, if anyone is to sleep in living room do bring a sleep mask. ( Bedroooms have darkening slats that help.) Easy, efficient, pleasant checkin. Yanks should bring a Rosetta Stone to decipher the formidable washing machine iconography. We would be happy to stay here again.
