The flat is as central Brighton as you can be, very close to the sea and Brighton city centre. It's based off St James Street which has numerous bars, restaurants and cosy pubs. It's in easy waking distance from the station.

The double bedroom is very big. Storage for clothing will be available in the double wardrobe.

The living space is plentiful for a couple and the sofa can be converted to a sofa bed if you wish.

Wall-mounted Sony smart TVs are in the living room and bedroom and Sky TV (with sports) provided

You will have the entire flat and use of the balcony. It's a very secure building which is very reassuring.

I should point out that as we are located in a very busy central location, it can be noisy at night. We are set away from the main road so this is only an intermittent issue.

Very friendly and welcoming. House was spotless and central. Always received a quick response from owen and breakfast was provided. Would defiantly recommend and stay again :).

Very nice flat and very well located. Clean, modern and everything provided that you'd need - including a nice welcome pack of essential foodstuffs. Owen also provided list of local recommendations and kept in touch to check everything was OK. The local parking passes were especially appreciated. Very good all round.

Owen was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The place is centrally located and in walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

The flat is great and central, and Owen was great at providing parking permits for zone C for our stay. Great advice and accommodating communication on the run up. The flat is great, close to Morrisons and Sainsbury's if you want to self cater or close to decent eateries when you don't. We stayed during the heat wave and if you do not mind being in central Brighton can sleep easily 30m up with windows open. Flat is very secure with fob entry. Pier, Brighton Dome, Pavilion, shops and beach all within a short stroll.
