We welcome you to our lovely home - only a 2 minute walk to the beach (it’s literally at the end of the road) situated between West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay. This makes our family home a lovely, coastal retreat. It’s a light and bright house with a cosy and contemporary feel. It is fantastically situated for both beach and rural walks, or a relaxing day on the beach. Guest have a self contained wing of the house.
We are happy to discuss 1 night bookings please message us with any requests.
The guest area is spacious and invites the sun and garden inside. You will have your own entrance. We have recently refurbished and redecorated our house - to reflect our new lifestyles, with a contemporary, coastal theme. Our home is both comfortable and stylish and can offer you a large amount of space to relax in and enjoy. There are three double bedrooms, a large shower room with toilet, another large bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a kitchenette and utility room, and the large but cosy snug room - with its beautiful modern bright colours and comfortable feel to it. It has board games, TV, books, and a log burner – this is truly the prime relaxation spot! The Hallway is also spacious and in itself is a nice space to sit and relax. The house has a large garden which we are happy to share with you. It gets sun all day and is complete with our chickens, a vegetable patch, BBQ facilities and our Portugese Water Dog – Daisy.

We are a family of three, who relocated to ‘The Witterings’ from London for a change in pace of life and lifestyle. We live on the premises and as such we are able to give you information, advice, help and support, should you need these; since we moved we have enjoyed getting to know the local area. We would, of course, also respect those who would rather be left to explore the much-loved area for themselves.
Guests occupy a private part of the house. And share the garden.
