Commanding an elevated urban outlook, this well equipped inner city 2-bedroom apartment on A'beckett Street showcases a contemporary aesthetic across a sleek, design filled space with plenty of natural light. Everything you need for your short stay (including free high-speed wifi!) is available within this secure, well equipped apartment.

Entering the apartment into well equipped kitchen, past the European laundry and into a refined, modern dining and living area with a spacious balcony, adjacent to the bedrooms, separated by the bathroom. Enjoy access to the luxury onsite facilities, including an indoor 25-meter pool, sauna, spa and gymnasium.

Two large bedrooms are fitted with a very comfortable chiropractic-approved queen sized beds and two single sized bed. Topped with premium cotton sheets you can sink into, professionally cleaned after every stay. You’re also supplied with a set of fresh bath towels and hand towels. The full length built in wardrobes contain hangers, shelving and enough space to store your luggage.

Living Room:
Relax on the comfortable couch in front of a flat screen LED LCD TV. You will also find the remote for the reverse-cycle air conditioner / heater.

From the lounge room, you can access the spacious balcony through the double glazed sliding doors. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed.

Our well-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cook top, cooking utensils, appliances (rice cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster), a large fridge and freezer and basic pantry supplies – for those times when you just want a break from Melbourne’s amazing cuisines and have hearty home cooked meal. Why wash up with dishwashing liquid by hand when you can make use of the well hidden dishwasher located in the bottom drawer.

The spacious, well-lit bathroom has a generous sized shower.

The Superb Laundry, complete with a Samsung 7Kg washing machine, clothes horse, an iron and ironing board. Local brand laundry powder is available for you to use, so you can catch up on your laundry before you head home. Dryer is available as well.

Common Property Rules & Regulations

Dear guests, please kindly take a minute to read the rules below:

1.Guests are to be advised to wait at a point external to the property away from the front entrance until met by their host.

2.Guests must carry their baggage through the common property to ensure that no damage is done to the floor of the lobby

3.Guests will exit their apartment after their stay and meet their host at a point external to the property away from the front entrance (if applicable).

4.No business activity, signing of papers, handing over of keys or payments will be undertaken on common property.

5.The pool will only be used by two occupants at any one time and the guests will be adequately clothed when travelling to and from the Pool and will fully dry themselves before leaving the Pool area and entering the lifts.

6.Children under age of 12 must be accompanied by and supervised at all times by an adult

7.The occupants of the apartments will provide a fitness evaluation before use of the gymnasium.

8.Guest are advised that the security/concierge personnel at the front desk of the building are not contracted to assist the conduct of a short stay accommodation business and are therefore not available for use by the guests at any time.

Any breaches of the rules and regulations, the guest will be issued at a cost of $55.00 for the notice of breach.

1. Please treat your apartment like your grandma’s! So strictly no parties and no smoking inside.
2. Please leave your apartment tidy and don’t throw anything from windows or balconies. Kindly place things back where you found them.
3. Communicate any issues you have as soon as you become aware of them so we can lend a helping hand.
4. Please no shoes inside the premises.
5. Smoking is allowed, but outside the balcony or the building only.
6. Futon sofa bed is allowed for the fifth & sixth guest only. If required to use it, please let us know in advance.

Standard check-in time is 3pm-6pm. Standard check-out time is 10am.

Check-in Procedures:
After confirming your booking, we will be in touch with you to schedule a suitable check-in time. Please ensure your arrival time is reasonably accurate as our host will be waiting for you at the front of the property on that day. It is possible to arrange early or late check-ins, conditioned upon availability. A late check-in, we will prepare key lock access.

Our lovely host will help you settle in and will be able to provide information you need to know about the apartment. For other enquiries during your stay, please contact us directly on Airbnb.

Smoking & Drugs:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests smoking inside will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. There is also a strict no drug use policy in this apartment.

Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on visitor number is complied with at all times, which is not more than 2 visitors inside the apartment. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors comply with these House Rules.

Party & Noise:
This property is not for any use of gathering, parties or celebrations. Noise level should be kept low after 9pm.

Replacement of key and proximity swipe are expensive. Please take extra care of them as $200 will be charged from the deposit in any case of losing them.

This is a modern and fully equipped apartment in an excellent location, particularly for the infamous Victoria markets. Do not expect a 5 star hotel, but a safe and secure place to stay while you work away from home or stay for a short holiday.

It's in a truly ideal location, close to public transport and Vic Market. Highly recommend it, and Parking opposite in the multi level spot where you can expect to pay just over $20 if you leave your car there overnight.
