CB Lodging manages the building common areas and parking. If you have any issues or questions please contact Vacasa not CB Lodging. The main Vacasa guest service line is staffed from 6am to 11pm, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Local Manager is Chris Mackie (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). If needed our Local Manager will contact CB Lodging about an issue. CB Lodging will bill the owner to deal with a guest issue, any costs incurred by the guest will be billed to your reservation.
HOA Regulations- Quite hours are 10:00pm-8:00am. Pool and hot tub are open 10:00am-10:00pm and may be closed during the off season, children under 15 must be supervised when using pool or hot tub and no glass is allowed in these areas. There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. No guest pets are allowed.
A recent fire department inspection has determined that all chimneys in this building are unsafe, DO NOT use the fireplace, it has been locked closed by the fire department. The building's HOA is addressing this issue we apologize for the inconvenience.
