Located in Mountain Edge Condominiums, this corner condo is within walking distance to Westwall chairlift at the base of the mountain. There's also a bus, with a stop just outside your front door so you can head into town for great coffee, shopping, and live music.

This home was recently updated. It has a nice, bright interior, thanks to plenty of windows, and the living room has a fireplace, flatscreen cable TV, and DVD player. There's even an Apple TV to take advantage of the free WiFi access!

The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, including a dishwasher, and extras like granite countertops. The dining area seats four, and the breakfast bar seats three. A cup of coffee on the patio under the Colorado sunshine is the perfect way to start your day. A shared grill area is also available for cooking delicious barbecue dinners.

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps up to five guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bath with a jetted tub. There's also an air mattress in the living room, a shared laundry facility, and a new shared hot tub.

The terrain is varied enough to suit all levels of cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing, and you can walk right from your front door to do it all.

In the warmer months, hiking and mountain biking are great ways to see the change in terrain from wildflowers to fall colors. And Elk Avenue boasts many choice restaurants you'll want to try, as well as quaint boutiques and year-round live music. And if you like scenic drives, Kebler Pass and Shoefield Pass won't disappoint.Lower Loop Bike Trail and Meridian Lake are also excellent choices for fun and relaxing activities.

The main Vacasa guest service line is staffed 24 hours a day and you can leave a message if needed, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Local Manager is Chris Mackie (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). If needed our Local Manager will contact Crested Butte Condominium Management Inc. about an issue. Crested Butte Condominium Management Inc will bill the owner to deal with a guest issue, any costs incurred by the guest will be billed to your reservation.

HOA Regulations- Quite hours are 10:00pm-8:00am. Hot tub is open 10:00am-10:00pm and may be closed during the off season and no glass is allowed in this area. There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles and parking passes are required. No guest pets are allowed. The HOA strictly manages parking passes and there is a $25 fee for replacement of a missing parking pass that will be billed to the guest. The game room and sauna are offline and closed per the HOA and the hot tub may be closed during spring and fall off seasons at the discretion of the HOA.
