The open downstairs houses a living room with a fireplace and flatscreen TV (cable and a DVD player provided) with great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
A full kitchen has all the major appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffeemaker, and more! The dining room table seats six. After dinner, head out to the deck to read or admire the view.
All six guests will sleep well here in three bedrooms with a loft. One downstairs bedroom features two twin beds, and a full bathroom is accessed nearby. Upstairs are two more bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with a queen), as well as a loft and one more full bathroom.
With easy access to I-70, getting to Keystone Resort, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin is a snap. Endless days of skiing, snowboarding, sledding, tubing, and more are in your near future. And in the summer, hike through beautiful trails and fish in the Blue River. Shop the outlet stores, play at public parks, and eat a delicious meal out in Silverthorne.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Company’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
