INSIDE THE CONDO
After you park in Terrace Creekside’s spacious parking lot (try to get a spot near the exit—it’ll be a shorter walk to the condo!) and start down the path towards the building, you’ll see the shared swimming pool on your left. It’s the perfect place to take a dip and work on your tan!
The condo is located on the second floor of the building and is the second door on the right. You can start your vacation right away with the keyless digital lock—no need to pick up any keys.
As soon as you step into the condo, you’ll immediately see it’s a book lover’s paradise! With dozens of books lining the walls of the living room, you can snuggle up with a new favorite on the comfortable leather couch. If you would rather see the film adaptation, you can watch it on the 42” flat-screen Sony TV that has ChromeCast for streaming Netflix and Hulu. Plus internet and Cable TV are Gigabit (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Fiber.
The living room also has a small bistro-style dining table for 2 where you can enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal.
The kitchen’s major appliances are all Frigidaire, including a 4-burner gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, and full-size fridge. We also have a GE microwave, toaster, and a coffeemaker to jump-start your mornings.
Down the hall, you’ll find the newly remodeled bathroom on your right. The walk-in shower with a bench has stone tiled walls and a natural pebble tile floor that is truly luxurious. The vessel sink sitting on top of the rustic wooden counter adds an extra modern touch.
The bedroom is right around the corner. The queen-size bed has a stylish leather headboard, and you can watch your favorite shows on a 32” flat-screen Sony TV. This room also has a little office nook with an Apple monitor where you can connect your personal computer. If you need to print your boarding pass for the return flight, don’t worry—there is also a printer.
This condo is located in a quiet apartment complex—Terrace Creekside—featuring a shared swimming pool and laundry room. Plus the best Tex-Mex in Austin is only steps from the condo!
Guests staying in this condo are in a prime location as Travis Heights is one of the most eclectic and trendiest neighborhoods in Austin. Not only will you be within walking distance of hip cafes, breweries, and restaurants, but famous hotspots in South Congress and Downtown are also nearby. Try Con Madre Kitchen (1 minute walk) for Mexican or Vinaigrette (10 minute walk) for unique salads.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love having a morning jog beside Lady Bird Lake or enjoying a picnic in Zilker Metropolitan Park, both only a 12 minute drive away. With plenty of nature around, you’ll get a chance to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

All TurnKey Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Property Damage Protection policy.
Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
