With a modern design, glass doors and glass ceiling, this stunning living room boasts light and is decorated with beautiful pieces of furniture, artwork and plants. Within this space you can be sure you will have a relaxing time after long hours of sightseeing, shopping or working. The living room is fitted with a large sofa, two stylish and comfortable chairs and a large flat screen TV. The glass doors look over the terrace fitted with chairs and a coffee table.
A modern, fully equipped kitchen is located in the basement and it is fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas hob. The kitchen is spacious and nicely lit and features large worktops and a round table sitting 4 people.
This bedroom is located on the ground floor on the left side as you enter the house. This tastefully decorated room is fitted with a sofa bed by the window and a comfortable recliner chair facing the TV. A chair and a glass table are nicely placed within the space. The back of this room features a large desk, chair and a practical sink and coffee maker.
On the first floor is a bedroom with light coming through the two large, floor to ceiling windows. This bedroom features a king sized bed, armchair, shelves and beautiful decorations. The en-suite bathroom has a single wash basin, a bath tub and a separate walk-in shower.
This bedroom is located on the second floor. Fitted with a king sized bed, sofa and TV, this top floor bedroom boasts light and fine art decorations. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a contemporary designed wash basin.
UTILITY ROOM/ STUDY AREA
On the basement floor, next to the kitchen, is the utility room fitted with a washing machine and dryer. Another study area is located here, fitted with a desk, lamp and a chair. A single air mattress could be placed here to accommodate one extra guest.
This bathroom is located on the basement floor next to the kitchen. With a modern design , the bathroom features a walk-in shower, single wash basin, WC and drawers. Two en-suite bathrooms are available for the upper floors bedrooms.
Down a few steps there is a terrace fitted with a table and chair, the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or your afternoon tea. The terrace can be accessed from the kitchen as well.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
- No pets, no parties or smoking, please

Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
