Washington avenue is hands-down the new hotspot for Houston's Nightlife & entertainment. 2 miles from downtown. Great value for this apartment!! The GORGEOUS buffalo bayou park is less than a mile walk and is great for hiking, playing sand-volleyball, spectacular views, and even a bar & restaurant in the middle with live music. My space has multiple amenities that you have complete access to. Garage parking is allowed and free street parking right outside. There's always available garage spaces on my floor, which is conveniently wonderful since you can walk everywhere (since everything's within walking distance!) without worrying about paying to park. Security here is awesome even though there's no crime. I have two flat-screen TVs (in bedroom and living room) with premium cable & movie channels such as Showtime, Starz, etc. I provide all the toiletries you need and there's always food & drinks here that I allow you to help yourself to. This value can't be beat and I guarantee that everything you'll need or may forget at home will be here. So come make my home yours during your stay rather than feel like you're trapped in a hotel or walking on eggshells somewhere else!

Guests have access to all amenities the apartment provides. Garage parking, two swimming pools with hot tub and gas grills, large gym with multiple sets of equipment, free gourmet coffee, clubhouse that I've never witnessed being shared with other residents during the dozen times I've used it. The clubhouse features: pool table, video and arcade games, terrace overlooking pool and surround sound to play music. Check-in Time is caps FIRM. Otherwise there will be a fee.

Any time a guest needs me whether before, during, or after their stay I am sure to have my phone on me at all times and will answer within less than 5 minutes to any questions you may have. If I cannot be present at check-in, I will give clear instructions on how to get to the unit.
I am rather lenient on rules compared to other units to choose from. I have had up to 5 people stay here at a time that obviously had some rowdiness and drinking taking place. The neighbors are good friends of mine and will tell me if things are too loud and get out of hand rather than calling the police or anything drastic, and they haven't complained once. I've had renters go to the beach and leave sand-prints all over my apartment which I was completely fine with- that's what my cleaning fee is for. I leave food and drinks here that you're welcome to help yourself with. Ultimately you can relax at my unit knowing that I won't reprimand you for having an enjoyable experience. Smoking is allowed even though very few renters actually smoke, so the smell is not usually present with the precautions I take of airing out and refreshening the place. But if smoke smell is an issue please let me know in advance.
