Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are almost in downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence about 10 years ago. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to downtown restaurants and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.
Dogs are OK. We have one that is friendly, and a huge secluded yard, but no fencing.
Zugang für Gäste
There are no laundry facilities in the apartment but if you really need to you can use our washer / dryer.
Weitere wichtige Infos
The Downeaster Train that runs between Boston and Portland passes through the woods behind the house, and also frieght trains. We love the trains, and most of our guest do as well. Occasionally, the freight trains are noisy. Just a heads up!

My husband Doug and I live on the property in the main house. We have a dog (Mavi) and cat (Carrotcake) and they are kept out of the apartment. Doug and I build new homes for work and are usually working nearby and can be available when needed.
