We have standard procedures and we log each incident per visit.
As per report from our property manager, the day he complained about a broken projector, we sent technicians to fix it within 24hrs. Even though technicians went to the house and gave an estimate time of replacement he still insisted on us to buy one immediately. the projector model cannot be just bought off the shelf and still has to be shipped. But he still insisted to buy one. “ Go to best buy and buy a new one.” - That was the exact message I received.
Our solution was to buy another projector brand from best buy and put it in the house. So we were able to install it and the media was back working to normal.
Before we left the house we normally ask our guests if there is anything else that needs to be addressed and if the guests are satisfied.
His response was he was happy and satisfied with how we remedied the situation. - this reflects the statement he put in this review.
If things break inside the house, our property management are there immediately to fix as soon as possible.
I am proud our management acted per our policy and did what we need to resolve the issue in the house.
